Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Lincoln East - White Mountains, An Ihg Hotel, Lincoln

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the renovation going on, the location was nice, but the rooms were incredibly noisy which affected my stay. The staff interaction ranged from rude during check-in to kind and personable during my interactions with the team. The hotel's location was ideal for my trip, offering a clean and varied environment. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with healthy options available but small rooms for dining. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for our group of five, with a handy microwave and fridge that made our stay even more enjoyable. The comfortable mattress and pillows ensured a great night's sleep. The service was outstanding, Tina was so friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore in the White Mountains. The dining options were varied and convenient, although a few more breakfast choices would have been nice. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and shops, although the room cleanliness could be improved and noise levels were distracting at times. The service was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff.
